About the workshop

Robotraining® is a team-building activity where participants complete team challenges using programmable robots by drawing colors with simple markers and building puzzles.

Participants will use programmable robots in collaborative and engaging teambuilding activities in this way the development of creativity, problem solving and transversal skills will be encouraged. With its unique combination of robotics, visual programming and group dynamics, Robotraining® offers a formative team building experience that clearly stands out from traditional activities.

The activity dedicates ample space to both the initial briefing and the final debriefing. The briefing serves to clearly present the objectives of the activity, while the debriefing, on the other hand, is a fundamental moment to reflect on the group dynamics, the challenges faced and the results obtained. Robotraining® is not only a team building experience, but it is also a useful training experience! It promotes the growth of transversal skills such as communication, collaboration, problem solving and critical thinking.
