Professor Stobart is Senior Research Fellow at the Oxford University Centre for Educational Assessment (OUCEA) and Emeritus Professor of Education at the Institute of Education, University College London. He was also a founding member of the Assessment Reform Group in the UK, which has promoted Assessment for Learning (AfL) internationally. In Norway he has been involved in the Directorate for Education and Training (Utdanningsdirektoratets) Assessment for Learning programme since it began (see videos of his lectures there).
