This lecture focuses on the unique challenges and opportunities of introducing AI to educators in higher education at Avignon Université. Drawing from our experiences in organizing AI-focused workshops and webinars for university professors, we discuss the specific concerns of educators and share the strategies we employed to address them. We examine the effectiveness of these approaches, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Our insights offer practical guidance for fellow educators and administrators seeking to promote AI adoption in their institutions.
