Den 15. oktober 2019 blir professor og direktør ved Department of Education, University of Oxford, Jo-Anne Baird utnevnt til Æresdoktor ved Universitetet i Bergen.

Baird har vært professor II ved SLATE og har vært på besøk til Insitutt for Pedagogikk (iPed).

I forbindelse med dette vil Baird ha en forelesning om temaet Vurderingsparadigmer. Forelesningen finner Sted i Auditorium B, Sydneshaugen skole, den 14. oktober kl. 14.00-15.30.

On the 15th of October Professor and Director of the Department of Education, University of Oxford, Jo-Anne Baird will be appointed Honorary Doctorare at the University of Bergen.  A description of this year's honoary doctorates can be found, in Norwegian, here.  Baird has been a Professor II (Adjunt) at SLATE and has been on many visits to the Department of Education, University of Bergen. In conjunction with the appointment, Baird will hold a lecture on Assessment Paradigms on 14 October, 2019, from 14:00 - 15:30, at Audorium B, Sydneshaugen skole.
