Her PhD project will be in big data and learning analytics. It will address challenges with collecting, storing, and computationally analysing educational big data from different sources, in different formats, and with various degrees of structure. The project will draw on techniques and technologies relating to the semantic web, natural language processing, data mining and machine learning. Her supervisors will be Csaba Veres and Weiqin Chen
