Fay's PhD project will be concerned with Intelligent Accountability in Education. It will address the challenges of holding teachers, institutions and policy makers accountable for learning whilst simultaneously preserving the professionalism of teachers and schools. 

The project will also explore how an intelligent accountability system could work in the context of the Norwegian education system. Her supervisors will be Astrid Tolo and Jo-Anne Baird. Stay tuned!
