SLATE Director Prof. Dr. Barbara Wasson was an invited speaker at Gyldendal's seminar on @Bedrelæring, on the topic "What research says about adaptive learning". Taking a historic perspective Wasson reminded that adaptive learning has its roots in Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITSs) research from as early at the 1970s.
